Referred by a friend, i decided to check out the range of flooring options at Ideal Floors. Chelsea and her team were very helpful with the carpet installation at my city apartment. They provided advice from the selection of colour to how much I should spend, and was very accommodating with my tight schedule. Their prices were also competitive compared to other suppliers. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.

Professionally run business with great quality workmanship and most importantly, a can do attitude. Thanks to Tao and his team for making numerous visits to our house throughout the renovation to make sure we were able to get a step free finish to our floors and carpets. Sammie and Chelsea did an amazing job to accommodate a number of last minute tasks like delivering skirting to allow us to paint it prior to installation, organising the removal of old carpet as a separate task, etc. Very happy with the finish of our Herringbone floors and would not hesitate to use them again. This was our second job with Ideal Floors.

We had new carpet installed in our new home. I was dealing with Chelse and she was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. The installers did an amazing job and were super quick. I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Was a pleasure working with Chelsea and her team. Had some issues with the original flooring being uneven, but Chelsea and her team were so responsive with laying the cement and then coming back on short notice to finish our timber laminate flooring. We absolutely love it!! Thanks so much 🙂

Tao was so accommodating, he managed to get my floors done with only a few days notice during busy Christmas period, and he gave me the best price on the market ! The flooring is good quality and his workers are very efficient, quick and polite. Highly recommend this team!

Sammie and her team were amazing. I walked in completely clueless about floorboards and especially hybrid flooring. Sammie took me through the showroom and explained everything to me. I was adamant to start the job the same week and Sammie went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The team that worked on my floors were absolutely brilliant and their attention to detail was outstanding. The job was so precise and clean. When a little paint from the walls peeled off due to skirting removal, given the issue was from my skirting being damaged originally, Sammie went out of her way to personally come to my apartment and patch it up. Really appreciate the hard and details you have all out into making my apartment look so beautiful! Thank you all.
